Additionally, we accept returns of new and unopened items from canceled orders within two weeks of delivery, as long as they are in their original packaging.

ProVetLogic Return Policy
Due to the nature of ProVetLogic’s Products, all sales of opened products are final and cannot be returned for resale.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after we have received it, provided that it has not already shipped.
You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
The customer will pay shipping on all returned items.
